What does the application process look like?
Our people are critical to our culture and the organisation we are building. Whilst each role will follow differing processes, you should typically expect after a CV review, a remote interview, which if succesful will be followed by a face to face meeting to assess suitability for the role. Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical interview, produce a presentation or deliver a 90-day plan.
Where will my work be based?
We believe that we are stronger as a team, but appreciate that individuals prefer working in different environments. To support this, we have a hybrid model for working which is designed to get the best from people. Whilst we aim at office work for 50% of the week, we appreciate sometimes it will be more, and sometimes less.
Is there an application deadline and what are the employment start dates?
As a growing organisation, we hire on a continuous cycle, meaning there is no application deadline and start dates are flexible. Roles will become available based on business requirements, as indicated on the jobs listed above.
