Job Summary
As a Graduate Analytics Consultant, you’ll join our growing delivery team and play a key role in delivering client projects across the full data lifecycle. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants to design and build modern data solutions — from engineering robust data pipelines, to crafting insightful dashboards, to developing data applications that bring insights to life.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to real-world data challenges while learning the best practices in analytics consulting, data engineering, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery: 70% | Firm Building: 10% | Development: 20%
Project Delivery:
- Contribute to client projects across all five stages: Discovery, Design, Development, Deployment, and Documentation.
- Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements to translate them into data solutions.
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and cloud-based tools.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI, ensuring they are visually clear and actionable.
- Support the testing, deployment, and documentation of data solutions to ensure quality and repeatability.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Follow internal project management and quality assurance processes to ensure timely and high-standard delivery.
Firm Building:
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and best practices to improve project delivery efficiency.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, lunch & learns, and internal training activities.
- Support the creation of case studies, thought leadership, and IP development based on project learnings.
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and community initiatives that strengthen the firm’s culture.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects, suggesting new technologies or processes that enhance how the firm operates.
- Represent the company at events, meetups, or conferences to build the firm’s reputation and network.
Personal & Professional Development:
- Take ownership of your learning and development, building both technical and consulting skills.
- Proactively seek feedback and mentoring from senior consultants and managers.
- Develop proficiency in the firm’s preferred tools and platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Azure SQL, Python, Streamlit, and Azure Cloud.
- Work towards certifications or learning paths relevant to data analytics, engineering, or cloud technologies.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in data, AI, and analytics to bring innovative ideas to projects.
- Demonstrate curiosity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset in everything you do.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Interest in data engineering and cloud platforms, ideally Azure and Snowflake.
- Curiosity about data applications and modern frameworks like Streamlit.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in project teams.
