As an ambitious, growing organisation your work will be varied with opportunities to be involved in a wide range of projects, tasks, and initiatives. Being a consulting organisation, client facing projects will always take priority, however there will always be internal initiatives to help build the Vizify brand. As an associate consultant you can expect exposure in the following areas: Data Management; Data Analytics; Data Science; Learning and Development; Firm Building; Sales and Marketing.
Who we are looking for…
Throughout our interview process we assess across three main areas of capability:
- Consulting: Understanding and engaging with our clients is critical to design a solution that address their problems. Listening to our clients and asking the right questions at the right time is critical for successful project delivery.
- Analytics: everything we do revolves around analysing data to draw out insights, therefore our clients expect highly analytical individuals who are comfortable working with large data sets to solve complex business problems.
- Technology: working in small project teams requires everyone to be hands on and capable of taking responsibility for their work. The ability to quickly learn new technical languages and analytical tooling allows us to remain agile in a rapidly changing innovative industry.
